Ever wanted to learn to do the splits?
A handstand? A back bend?
Don't let people tell you that you are too old or out of shape, most importantly don't tell yourself these things.
So much more is possible in our bodies than we allow ourselves to believe. This class will focus on strengthening and lengthening muscles, improving alignment and balance. All are welcome, beginners to more advanced dancers, circus artists, yogis, everybody will work at their own pace and have one on one time with the teacher.
You will get out of it what you put into it.
Wednesdays 8:00-9:30 or 10pm* and Sundays 7:30-9:30 pm*
Cost is 15$ For First Timers and 20$ as a drop-in or 150$ for a 10 Class Card
