Don't let people tell you that you are too old or out of shape. Most importantly, don't tell yourself these things.
So much more is possible in our bodies than we allow ourselves to believe. This class will focus on strengthening and lengthening muscles while improving alignment and balance. All are welcome, from beginners to more advanced dancers, circus artists, yogis - everybody will work at their own pace and have one on one time with the teacher.
You will get out of it what you put into it.
